You are a special breed of people. You are courageous, not because you are not scared, but because you are driven by something that is stronger than the fear of failure.
Entrepreneurs are passionate about the future they are creating through their activities. They are driven. Whether it is by a love for their trade, a desire to make a difference, the desire to create time and/or financial freedom or simply the resolution to survive what life has thrown at them.
They have GRIT! Keeping on keeping on when other would have thrown in the towel. And mostly they walk this road alone.
My admiration for entrepreneurs and my desire to make a difference lies at the heart of why I decided to become a business coach. A guide to those who are walking alone and need a companion to walk alongside them.
As a business owner I have pretty much made every mistake that you could make. To make my journey count for something, I would either have to write a very depressing biography that no one wants to read or become a guide to business owners and share the lessons I’ve learned along the way. I decided that being a guide is the better choice.
